Our Process

  • This is where it begins. We take the time to understand you , how you live, what isn’t working, and what your dream home should feel like. We explore the problematics of the space, your vision, and the practical realities that must be considered.

    The initial consultation lasts up to two hours at your home and is charged at €495 + VAT. This fee is fully redeemed against your design fee when you choose to proceed with us.

  • Following our consultation, we prepare a comprehensive proposal outlining how we can best support you. This includes the solutions to the challenges discussed, a clear scope of work, projected timeline, budget guidance, and our design fees. This document becomes the foundation of our collaboration.

  • We translate everything we have learned into a cohesive design concept. Layouts, ideas, atmosphere, materials, colours and lighting begin to take shape as we create the vision for your space.

  • This is where ideas become precise. We produce detailed drawings, bespoke joinery designs, lighting plans, and all the technical information required to bring the project to life. At this stage, we also introduce a trusted team of suppliers, consultants and trades who will help realise the design.

  • We carefully source every element required for the project — from finishes and fittings to furniture and accessories — and provide you with a clear, organised shopping list and procurement guidance.

  • We remain closely involved throughout the build phase, liaising with trades, answering queries, resolving site challenges, and ensuring the design is being executed exactly as intended.

  • As the project nears completion, we oversee installation, styling, and furnishing. This is where the space truly comes together and begins to feel like home.

  • The final stage is handing over a finished, cohesive, and beautifully considered space that works effortlessly for your life.
